How our Corporate Coaching works
1Contact Me
Contact me and I'll call you back to discuss your specific needs and how I can help your organisation.
You are under no obligations and we both need to be satisfied this is a good fit.
2Buy Session Packages or Arrange a Retainer
You can simply buy a package of sessions (5, 10, 20, 50, 100) with a credit card.
Or we can arrange an ongoing retainer. The bigger the commitment, the lower the per-session price.
3Schedule Specific Sessions
Once we have a business relationship, your people can book their sessions using my booking system.
I'll keep track of how many sessions have been used and provide you with a regular report.
4Quarterly Reviews
Approximately every quarter, we'll sit down and review how the coaching is progressing, the themes/challenges people face and my advice on how you can tackle them with changes in your organisation.
