    Four Key Steps to Transformation of the Workplace

    1. Psychological Safety

    Nothing can change for the better until there's sufficient psychological safety.

     

    People need to feel able to share and contribute their challenges and solutions.

     

    Safety can start in one area or group (at the top is ideal) and spread later.

    2. Total Transparency

    We can't know whether changes are better without the data to prove it.

     

    This means transparency of with baselines and tracking.

     

    Everyone needs to see this data, be able to share their experiences and shape the change.

    3. Move The Needle

    Small changes won't cut it, they need to be large.

     

    What can we stop doing?

    What can we reimagine

    What can we automate?

     

    We have to learn how to work in a way that truly moves the needle and gets us their rapidly.

    4. Go Wider and Deeper

    Success has to start somewhere. Once working, then it needs to spread.

     

    Top down, bottom up or inside out.

     

    What matters is knowing where you're heading, where you are & when you'll be done.
